| The Nebraska Coaches Association has received information from the University of Nebraska that it will continue the same procedure for University of Nebraska football games.
The procedure is as follows:
- ONE person from each school calls to reserve tickets, preferably the head football coach
- Give the name of the school; Give the name of the coach(es) attending the game-within your allotment.
- The ticket line (402-434-5688) will be open from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon the Wednesday preceding a home game.
- If tickets remain, the line will reopen at 1:00 p.m. and schools may order tickets for additional coaches on your staff.
- If tickets remain on Thursday morning, the ticket line will open at 9:00 a.m. and will remain open until all tickets are sold.
If you order tickets and are a no show, you will be billed for the full face value of the ticket, and you, or anyone from your school will be denied access to tickets until they are paid.
The tickets must be picked up at Gate #1 at the southwest corner of the stadium beginning 1.5 hours prior to kickoff. (The gate will remain open for one hour and will close one-half hour prior to kickoff.) Coaches that are late to claim their tickets stand the chance of losing their tickets to coaches on the waiting list. Once the ticket is gone, you are obligated to pay full price, whether you show up or not. The responsibility rests with coaches, and excuses that the traffic was heavy or you couldn't find a parking place will not be accepted. If you order a ticket and cannot attend, you must cancel by the Friday afternoon prior to the game. The regular office line will be open Saturday mornings in the event of emergencies. If you don't know where to pick up tickets, it is your obligation to call the NCA office for directions. |
